So after spending a whole day testing and hacking through different gallery plugins for WordPress, I realized the easiest and most flexible way is to host my pictures on [http://www.flickr.com|Flickr]. That way I don’t need to use too much of the serverspace I rent out and there’s a really nice plugin for including everything I have on Flickr also as a Gallery on my own site. So I spent the rest of the evening uploading and organizing at least some of my pictures on flickr and integrating it all nicely into my site. And as an incentive for you to have a look at the [http://www.tanglang.info/index.php/flickrgallery/|new gallery], I even added some previously not realeased pictures that had been taken while my gongfu brothers and sisters where visiting China in summer 2006.

Only downside is that Flickr doesn’t support “subalbums”, which is ok as it suports tags. Also I’ll have to get a pro account on flickr to be able to organize pictures in more than 3 sets/albums :(
